I can bill your insurance as an Out of Network (OON) provider. This means that you will set a session rate on the sliding scale, then pay that rate out of pocket until you meet your deductible for the year.
Once your deductible is met, your insurance will pay whats called a coinsurance rate, which depends on your plan, but will drop your rate to a lower out of pocket cost. I track this process and work directly with your insurance company and document the billing statements in your chart.
I will be in-network with Moda and Regence BCBS in the late fall of 2026.
